Attorney at Maughan Law Firm analyzes unprecedented LSU coaching contract terms

KPLC TV reported on LSU's historic 10-year, $95 million contract with coach Brian Kelly. Attorney Roy Maughan Jr. analyzed the unprecedented buyout clause requiring LSU to pay Kelly 90% of remaining salary if terminated without cause, increasing to 100% if he wins a national championship. The deal made Kelly one of college football's highest-paid coaches.
