New affordable housing breaks ground at condemned Brandywine site

WBRZ reported on the $45 million Sherwood Oaks affordable housing development breaking ground on the former Brandywine site. Roy Maughan Jr., manager of City Holdings, negotiated and structured the entire redevelopment deal. Maughan detailed plans for modern amenities including fitness centers and walking facilities, emphasizing the goal to make housing "safe, affordable and desirable."
